Impres technology solutions has an immediate need for an it recruiter / jrProject
Manager (jpm) to join our teamThe position is a full time position, offering competitive

Project management in support of our federal customersThis position is 100% telework.
Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate
Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, job applications, and performing phone
Work with hr manager to ensure all company hr processes are followed.
Work with hr to ensure the design and management of job postings, job
Descriptions, and position requirements meets company standards.
Submit job descriptions to hr for posting on impres website and caljobs.
Perform reference checks.
Manage the overall interview and selection.
Ensure all interviewed candidates complete required eeoc forms.
Complete applicant tracking log for all resumes screened and candidates
Submit all required information and documentation (resume, completed
Employment application and eeoc forms) to hr on candidates selected for hire.
Hr will complete the hiring process to include on-boarding.
Ensure all screening and hiring selection is done in accordance with eeoc
Regulations and federal and state employment laws.
Maintain a relationship with the customers in order to identify their needs and
Evaluate business solutions and alternative strategies.
Acts as focal point for all communications with the customer during project
Works within usual/customary ms office software; i.eExcel, word, project
Able to solve most technical issues with minimum direction.
Able to communicate technical issues effectively to customers.
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
Has business development and budgetary responsibilities.
Provides expertise to customers to ensure resolution of issues.
Develop project/change management/transition plan(s) for projects with minimal
Supervision when required.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about
Strategy, adjustments and progress.
Entry level position
0-1 years recruiting experience
Some college or equivalent preferred
Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to complete
Assignments within designated time frames.
Comfortable making decisions independently.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking and job boards (i.eCleared jobs, dice, etc.)
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
Proficient in microsoft office.
Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues.
Advanced critical thinking, research and analytical skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize and deliver in a high-paced environment and under tight
Ability to be entrepreneurial, persistent and positive in the face of tough challenges.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
High degree of comfort with / ability to quickly pick up it terminology.
Ability to obtain pmp certification recommended.
Reports to director of professional services
Salary range: $40,000 – $60,000
