We are looking for a data driven senior program manager who is obsessed with developing and driving scalable, efficient talent acquisition processes, programs, and initiatives.
In this role you will:
Manage complex talent acquisition programs & initiatives including but not limited to process improvement/optimization, compliance, tools and technology, ta and stakeholder education/training and vendor relationships with a focus on operational efficiencies and process improvements.
Assist in driving the talent acquisition technology roadmap - finding the best systems and tools to support our hiring programs and processes.
Evaluate potential third-party partners, guide decision-making, manage vendors and evaluate/track vendor effectiveness
Train talent acquisition team and other stakeholders on new tools and processes to ensure their success including hiring manager interview training, recruiter onboarding, etc.
Work cross-functionally on technology initiatives such as ats implementation, linkedin, and other ta technology functions to help build standards, processes across the organization.
Implement process and technology efficiencies to ensure highly accurate, compliant, and efficient hiring practices.
Manage data, reporting and analytics, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all our systems, reporting, and analysis.
Execute and maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies, compliance, and regulatory changes
Represent ta acquisition and/or ta enablement team in cross-functional and global projects.
Keep up to date with the latest trends in recruiting tools and practices, the competitive landscape, market drivers, constantly educating and sharing this knowledge with others

We’d love to hear from you if this applies to you:
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required.
7-10 years of total work experience in project management, talent acquisition operations, talent acquisition, human resources, pmo or project manager type role preferred.
Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality preferred.
Proficient understanding in compliance, for example eeo, ofccp, privacy, sox and gdpr preferred.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions preferred.
Ability to solve complex, multi-faceted problems and solid problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail preferred.
Ability to think strategically and proactivelyExecution orientated, with a strong passion for results preferred.
Genuine passion for diversity and inclusion initiatives and challengeing the status quo preferred.
Demonstrated experience building relationships across all levels of an organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations preferred.
Proficient with microsoft suite required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
