Full job description
Egnyte is looking for a program manager to be a part of the growth product teamIn this role, you will focus on establishing processes for working between the various teams that contribute to our objectives and supercharge efficiency of complex, cross-disciplinary programsThis is a high-visibility role that will drive operations for key product initiatives and heavily contribute to the larger program management culture at egnyte.
Responsibilities
Drive execution of projects end-to-end through strong cross-team coordination, communication, collaboration, and enablement
Develop a deep understanding of product, engineering, and growth team priorities and missions to effectively organize meetings and drive stakeholder alignment
Increase operational efficiency through creation of scalable processes
Manage timelines, flag competing priorities, and remove roadblocks for teams
Tease out complexities around high-risk or large-scope initiatives
Amplify the efficiency of cross-functional growth and product teams that may span offices, time zones, and hemispheres and ensure continuous coordination and progress
Document decisions, issues, and actions clearly and concisely for internal teams and external stakeholders and create vehicles for regular updates
Create forums for strategic alignment with teams, key partners, and stakeholders
Ensure projects have a measurable “definition of good” and drive processes to build tools to measure and report on
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant work experience in b2b product, marketing, or business operations, with 2+ years of direct program management experience
Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, or mba
Experience with b2b analytics and understanding of supporting metrics and kpis
Advanced problem-solving, conflict resolution, active listening and time management skills
Experience developing and operationalizing projects and programs to support growth at scale
Demonstrated cross-functional, technical program/project management skills, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, prioritization, and stakeholder management and reporting on multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and effectively executive those plans
Highly organized, detail-oriented, positive, entrepreneurial, analytical, growth-minded, and possessing a strong bias for action and data-driven decision making
Demonstrated ability to develop strong consultative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners
Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, with the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively at all levels
