We’re ready to take our efforts to the next level and are looking for a skilled program manager who will serve as the connective tissue between all team members within the growing product experience verticals of the businessWith the pluralsight platform at the center, we believe the right person will amplify the voice of the technology organization - as a customer - to engineering and product leadsWith that voice, they will inform and drive new features, components, and releases in a strategic way that makes pluralsight more mission critical to ctos industry-wide.
Reporting to the head of technology center of excellence, the program manager will cultivate the focus, energy, and order that drives the success of our team members through internal adoption of pluralsight productsThrough the “pluralsight @ pluralsight” effort, they will ensure individuals and product experience teams are equipped to do their best work, grow in their careers, feel they belong, and see how their impact directly results in the long-term success of the companyBased on discoveries through this work, the program manager will work closely with discipline best practices team members in the center of excellence to improve our product and invest in team members who build the pluralsight product experienceThis role is an essential piece of the technology org and center of excellence, enabling seamless coordination and communication across the product experience organizations.

What you’ll own:
Alongside technical leads, create and operate a “pluralsight @ pluralsight” program that broadens our technological proficiency across pluralsight’s global team, crafting a company that is more powerful, focused, efficient and driven.
Tailor the program to those within product experience roles with the goal of creating a consistent, purposeful experience by discipline.
Scale pluralsight product adoption broadlyLead programmatic skill development and flow improvement initiatives.
Develop partnerships across technology, skills, and flow teams, crafting strong multi-functional alignment to ensure we're empowering the highest priority objectives.
Remaining customer-focused you will define success, mobilize the team to action, keep them organized and on track, and drive feedback from customers to improve the program.
