Roles and responsibilities
In this role, you will work with partner and internal aws stakeholders to scope work, identify appropriate resources, develop schedules, track and report on progress of technical projectsYou will continuously assess and align the scope/schedule/priority of multiple technical projects against the business objectives of the programYou will be a single point of contact to the partner and internal stakeholders on the progress of all the activities related to the programYou will also need to assess risks, anticipate bottlenecks, provide critical issue management, balance trade-offs, and encourage risk-tasking to maximize business value.

Pmp, scrum/agile certified
Bachelor’s degree in stem
Ability to make decisions guided by policies, procedures and business plan with limited guidance
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels
Proven success in working with teams and executive leadership in a complex, global company environment
Deep understanding of software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery
Prior experience working with or managing large technical programs, particularly at high growth startups or fortune 500 companies
Excellent people management skills, including the ability to influence, negotiate and achieve results through others who are not direct reports
Demonstrated ability to understand the operating styles of others as well as team/client relationships, team dynamics, and adjusts behavior accordingly to succeedRecognizes environmental or cultural nuances and adapts
