Full job description
The manager, temporary employment program manages specific recruitment programsReceives assignments in the form of objectives and determines how to manage and use professional recruiting staff and resources to meet schedules and goalsOversees recruitment issues that are diverse in scopeHas interactions with internal and external contacts on issues of significance to the organizationExercises strong judgment in interpreting and administering recruitment programsWill focus on growing the temporary employment program (tep) program to support university initiatives around diversity and insourcing.

Bachelor's degree in related area and 6+ years of work experience; and/or equivalent experience/training
Minimum 1 year of experience in branding and social media recruitment strategy development, with proficiency in utilizing all available systems tools for social media monitoring, dash boarding, and analyses
Minimum 5 years’ experience with full lifecycle recruitment including minimum 3 years of supervisory and/or project management experience including implementing new systems and processes
Demonstrated skill in using a web-based applicant tracking experience, ms office suites, and other computer applications or systems
Working knowledge of employment law, practices and equal employment opportunity (eeo) regulations, organizational policies and procedures; advanced knowledge of specialized area and understands how work impacts other areas in human resources and the campus
Previous experience successfully developing and implementing a recruitment strategy
Demonstrated knowledge of supervisory practices including performance management, hiring, team and development
Strong organizational skills, detail orientation, ability to proactively and effectively handle multiple tasks
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenMust be able to understand and be understood clearly in english, with a high degree of ability to write clearly and articulately in english
Must have well developed human relations skills to work w/talent acquisition staff, managers, labor leaders, job seekers, community leaders, educational representatives and applicants
Proven track record of being a team player w/ strong leadership skills and a portfolio of successful projects
Master's degree in human resources or related field
Certified senior professional in human resources (sphr), regulatory affairs certified (rac), linkedin, or airs professional
Recruitment experience in a healthcare or academic environment
