This role is part of a new cto group, a team that is responsible for strategic program management on technical initiatives and cross-functional partnershipThis team reports into the chief technology officer over r&d.A transformation manager in the cto group must be a cross-functional leader, a strong collaborator, an adept decision-maker and problem solver, and an effective communicatorYou must be highly organized and thrive working in a high pressure, fast paced environments that can balance strategic thinking with effective execution while working collaboratively and thoughtfully.
Demonstrate experience proactively recognizing a challenge or problem and working with a variety of teams and data sources to diagnose the problem and recommend solutions.
Create and provide data-driven insights on key performance indicators (kpi) and standardized business metrics.
Partner with engineering leadership to ensure compliance across all projects, including status updates, flagging risks and action items.
Intake business questions and short-term projects to gather deep insights or boot-strap initiatives on behalf of the cto and senior leadership.
Think creatively to determine how to streamline processes and improve the overall efficiency of the team, including team communication, best practices, etc.

Bachelor degree in business administration or related field of study
Preferred or interesting qualifications:
Technology field background
Experience in any of the following fields: event management experience, development experienceBusiness intelligence/analyst, pr or communications
2+ years of business operations experience preferred, with some experience in engineering environment
Experience with atlassian tools (trello, jira, confluence, etc.)
