We are seeking a program manager to help deliver a transformative learning experience to our studentsYou’ll be at the heart of the student experience, designing and executing on the behind-the-scenes magicYou have a knack for analyzing data, extracting insights, and making recommendationsIt doesn’t stop there — we’ll look to you to make it happenHyper-focused on the student, you’ll test out your ideas, measure their impact, and determine whether it’s worth discarding, tweaking, or scalingLike us, you’re energized by experimentation, moving fast, and knowing that taking risks is part of building something radically new and impactful.

What you’ll do:
Build and execute on core elements of the sprint program, such as crafting student communications and creating an internal project plan
Partner with product, creative, and community stakeholders to design and operationalize components of the sprint
Collaborate with the senior program manager to create, run, and evaluate rapid experiments
Monitor the student experience on a day-to-day basis during the sprint to identify student needs, surface trends, and recommend in-flight adjustments
Analyze student engagement (e.g., viewership or completion rates) and feedback data, extract insights, and make recommendations to drive learning outcomes
Own reporting out to leadership and team about key sprint program and student engagement metrics
Who you are:
2-3 years of experience management consulting or strategy/operations at a tech company
Experience managing a project from ideation through execution with minimal hand-holding
Experience analyzing data and translating it into a compelling story
Strong analytical problem-solving skills
Obsessed with the student experience, and curious about our student’s needs, motivations, and goals
You’re a self-starter who’s motivated to tackle challenges and make decisions without a clear roadmap
Comfortable taking risks and experimenting with new ideas
Strong attention to detail knowing your work products will touch thousands of students
Strong powerpoint and excel skills
Someone who thrives in an environment with changing priorities and responsibilities; you’re great at prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively
