Full job description
Pk, the experience engineering firm, is seeking a program manager.
Report directly to a senior leader within a b2b global technology company.
Plan and facilitate leadership team meetings, planning sessions, company-wide business reviews, etc.
Coordinate closely with internal teams and executive peers in order to drive a holistic and integrated view of business priorities.
Prepare presentations and business updates, and drive follow-up and resolution for senior leaders and company-wide priorities.
Offer general support: correspondence, agendas, meeting notes, actions tracking (note: core administrative support and calendaring is provided by a separate admin role).
Assist in developing and driving teamwide okr processes and off-site strategic planning sessions, ensuring organizational alignment, regular reporting, and transparent performance management.
Manage and execute special projects as designated by senior leader.
Executional excellence: you have the organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, high sense of responsibility, and general skillset to take on a wide range of high priority tasks in support of the leadership teamYou are dependable, and always deliver quality work.
Executive-level communication and presentation skills: your written (including presentation decks) and verbal communication is compelling and preciseYou can quickly take complex concepts and communicate them briefly, simply and persuasivelyYou’ve demonstrated the ability to communicate at executive levels of large companies or organizations.
Structured problem solving: strategic thinking, in particular the ability to break complex problems down into component partsThe ability to lead on and enjoy both strategic and tactical work is key.
Analytical capability: you’re confident creating, scrutinizing and improving everything from revenue models to pivot tables to dashboardsYou’ve repeatedly done the work to make sure complex business reporting data is accurate, but you’re also able to cut out the noise by identifying the most salient data points to inform decision making.
