In this role, you have the opportunity to
Lead a team of training professionals and the north america training departmentYou will work to increase the efficiency and productivity within sales, marketing, and relevant support organizationsIncluding the training needs of the na sales representatives, managers, marketing professionals and support staff to develop their customer focused skills and knowledge of philips health system’s products, services, and value propositions.
You are responsible for
Developing the training curriculum and providing training to new and existing na representatives as well as managers
Collaborating with sales, marketing and operations leaders and representatives for content development and classroom delivery to drive the continued credibility and relevance of our training programs.
Coordinating new-hire training for ~150+ representatives, managers, and staff per year, adapting the program as business needs evolve.
Establishing relevant and impactful learning experiences through blended solutions, that lead to employees’ retention and development of critical capabilities
Partnering with corporate learning and development to share best practices and achieve efficiencies across complementary training groups.
Developing and aligning sales program goals within the learning management system (lms) to report results based on key organizational goals
Collaborating with global sales leaders to ensure key sales initiatives are captured during training and are appropriately prioritized.
Improving our sales skills curriculum and align it to the proficiencies for each of our sales segments.
Measuring program effectiveness and recalibrate it based on feedback to improve satisfaction, knowledge transfer, behavior change, and business results.
Ensuring that learning performance measurement and financial transparency is in place with corresponding reporting and analytics
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree required; master's or advanced degree, highly preferred
10+ years of proven success in sales, service or training leadership
Proven proficiency in the healthcare ecosystem and industry knowledge
Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a cross functional team within a large, sophisticated organization, especially at executive level
Organizational savvy with success building teams and driving results
Proficiency in digital commercial tools, particularly salesforce (crm)
Ability to organize, create and implement sales learning programs within the learning management system (lms)
Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; as well as the ability to act with tact, discretion and diplomacy
Strong background in customer focused solution selling
Ability to motivate, encourages resilience in the face of adversity, and inspires others to achieve a “can do” attitude
