The Person
A Degree in Electronics / Electrical / Telecommunication / Network Engineering / Computer Science from a recognized University Post graduate qualification in Information Security Minimum 3+ years of experience in the field of Networking and Network Security Hands on experience and knowledge on multi - vendor firewall / network security products ( Cisco , Palo Alto , Fortinet , F5 , Checkpoint ) Extensive knowledge and experience in F5 WAF / LTM deployments , SOC solutions , Endpoint security solutions will be an added advantage Network Security related vendor certification such as PCNSE , NSE4 / NSE7 , CCSA / CCSPA will be a definite advantage Knowledge and certification related in cloud security will be an added advantage Extensive and comprehensive understanding on the concepts of IPSEC VPN / SSL / NAT / Dynamic routing / load balancing protocols / IPS / IDS and Next generation firewall concepts Ability to identify and rectify given network troubleshooting scenarios Candidate should be able to summarize the remediation steps taken and challenges faced Should be a team player willing to share the knowledge with the team members Ability to lead a team , train the customers and team members Sound communication skills in verbal / written Experience in working with OEM principles in order to sort out the challenges Candidate should have the passion and dedication to complete the industrial certifications on time as requested by the company Skills on managing customer calls , updating the customer and maintaining customer relationship is a must
