Doxel is seeking a sales operations analyst to join our teamIn this role, you’ll be the first hire to our sales operations team and will be charged with building a best in class operation to support our rapidly growing team of field account executives, sdrs, and sales engineersYour goal is to bring insights to leadership and help shape the gotomarket strategyWorking directly for the head of sales you will have the ability to shape the development of a world class sales organization.
Work with our gtm leadership to evaluate, improve, and oversee a smooth and effective sales process
Will own overall sales forecasting vs attainment for the sales team, and partner with sales and executive leadership to ensure all factors are taken into account
Responsible for commissions and incentive reportingEnsure territory/region alignment and lead incentive plan and quota setting in conjunction with our finance team.
Will have ownership over sales related marketing metricsWill work to drive transparency into how the marketing/sales partnership is functioning, what is working, and what ratios are abnormal
Act as a liaison between sales, customer success, marketing, operations and product teams.
Coordinate sales forecasting, metrics development, trend reporting, and analysis and communication to sales management.
Partner with internal teams on strategic business planning by identifying opportunities to improve processes and providing sales support
Partner with sales leadership in crafting analysis, actions and messaging for key strategic accounts, and monthly/quarterly business review meetings
Leverage data to conduct in-depth analyses across areas of the business (e.gCustomer segments / regions / product lines) to develop an understanding of key value drivers, identifying improvement areas and opportunities, and shape action plans
3+ years of experience in a sales operations capacity
Extensive knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales process, and buyer’s journey alignment
General knowledge of effective hiring and selection practices for sales roles
