Full job description
As an analyst intern, you will gain exposure to the healthcare and senior living industries while learning about consulting and integrated project deliveryResponsibilities on the internship may involve project-based support and general administrative duties.
Key responsibilities:
Real estate support: provide support in all aspects of the development process to the vice president of real estate development.
Project management: works with the senior living team in collecting, organizing, analyzing data for projects and accuracy of project documentation.

Administration: the process of administering the workflow of an office or department—including management of communication, documentation, and budgets.

Industry knowledge: up-to-date awareness and understanding of best practices, technologies, products/services, events, trends, and regulatory issues that have impact on the healthcare industry and senior living, as well as other related services offered by erdman.
Problem solving: the ability to think critically, to anticipate and recognize problems and apply a well-defined process to identify and implement the optimum solution in a timely manner.
Time management: the ability to identify, prioritize and balance tasks and activities, and exercising discipline to maintain focus, reduce interruptions, avoid procrastination, and persist in execution.
Education: working towards a bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, business management or related field.
Certifications and/or licenses: none required
Relevant experience & training:
Ability to manage projects independently.
Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analysis.
Proficient with ms office (excel, powerpoint, and access).
Experience with proforma building and analysisAbility to build scenarios and provide recommendations.
Interest in machine learning & artificial intelligence.
Working conditions:
Work is performed at individual’s home office environment with business casual attire.
Hours of work will generally be during regular business hours and will average 12-20 hours per weekGreat flexibility in schedule is both required of you and returned to you due to our many project deadlines.
