About the role:
The human resource information system (hris) analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of a company’s hris systemThey are charged with processing employee data, generating hr-related reports, managing system upgrades, and maintaining data integrityResponsibilities include processing employee data, producing hr-related reports and ensuring compliance with relevant local and national regulationsTo be successful in this role, you should be familiar with databases and hr software like payroll systems and applicant tracking systems.
Ultimately, you will ensure our hr information systems meet our business needs and are functional and cost-effective.
Provide it support for human resource information systems (hris)
Maintain data integrity in systems by regularly analyzing data & creating dashboards
Responsible for overall system performance and maintenance, including ensuring information security, testing updates, and improving process efficiency
Support management in structural policy matters related to hris
Generate ad-hoc reports (for example, reports on turnover, hiring costs and benefits)
Monitor all design and perform tests on all software integrations, troubleshoot on all technical processes
Implement process improvements and policy changes designed to improve efficiency and the user experience with the system
Design user-friendly processes, guidelines, and procedures
Ensure all hr-related systems are compliant with data protection laws
Partner with internal stakeholders including hr, finance and it to develop technology solutions that help to streamline and automate (new) hr processes
Serve as the go-to subject matter expert
All other duties as assigned
Skills and qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years experience managing hr systems
Start-up experience a plus
Experience with adp wfn
Strong knowledge of labor law and regulations
Ability to influence and manage change and deal effectively with change management initiatives
Strong planning and project management skills
Evaluate hr systems to identify points of improvement
It project management experience to implement improvements
Ability to communicate effectively and utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively perform multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information
Track record of strong business partnership and cross functional collaboration within a dynamic, fast paced environment; a strategic leader who takes initiative and ownership

Full-time exempt position reporting to the people experience manager
Candidate can be remotely located within us time zones
