Medsphere’s carevue ehr provides comprehensive clinical support in acute care and inpatient behavioral health settings, enabling better patient care and lower costs for community hospitals, inpatient behavioral health facilities and physician practices.
This position is responsible for supporting branch offices, colocation facilities, azure / aws cloud resources across the organizationAssisting the helpdesk team supporting all corporate usersResponsible for monitor and deploy backup systems, develop powershell scripts for user management and migrationsManage a variety of projects to improve user and network security, applications, and tools.

As a systems analyst at medsphere*, you’ll get to:
Provide technical support and roll out solutions in planning, coordination, configuration, implementation, upgrade, and ongoing maintenance/monitoring of all corporate infrastructure
Complete project tasks as assigned in a timely manner and create the supporting documentation concurrently with the project
Configure devices for end users, for all locations, including phone, vpn access, workstations, and ensure the users have access to all required resources
Ensure enterprise backup management to make certain availability, reliability, and integrity of systems and data
Develop and maintain scripts and automation tools for management of the windows/linux environment
Builds, deploys, maintains, and assist with repairs of windows and vmware servers/hosts on racks, blades, and hyper converged infrastructures
Provide operational support/system administration of server hardware/os that includes coordinating server hardware/os repair with vendors, storage migrations, refresh of server os/hardware, updating firmware/drivers, server decommissions, patching, implementing/supporting complex/high availability systems, assist with disaster recovery, and software deployments
Resolve customer issues using proven troubleshooting techniques
Work collaboratively and effectively on team projects while demonstrating the ability to complete technical tasks on time and on target with minimal guidance
Requirements and qualifications:
Utilize industry standard best practice methodologies for implementation, including incorporation of business and clinical workflow processes.
Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and appropriately within a wide range of audiences.
Ability to establish priorities, work independently, and proceed with objectives without supervision.
Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems.
Ability to switch gears when more pressing issues come and juggle multiple calls and projects simultaneously
Knowledge of linux and windows system admin functions and package distribution
Knowledge of policies, practices, issues, priorities, and concerns of corporate network
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required
