Job description summary
Responsible for understanding the needs of the customer and configuring the software to meet themCompletes system build requirements on eis (employer information system), awd and electronic enrollment platforms to ensure that new and existing groups are completed accurately and within established enrollment timelinesFacilitate the seamless installation of new employers or changes to existing accounts.
Manage and maintain good communication and solid working relationships with account managers and team members in order to facilitate the seamless installation of new employers or changes to existing accounts.
Review & scrub group documents and advise of missing or incorrect information and communicate to the appropriate contacts of any updates needed and how to resubmit.
Subject matter expert in developing and building new/existing accounts on systems and other vendors electronic enrollment platforms such as teb web enrollment, common census cases, transapp, selerix and universal files.
Manage and maintain data within multiple systems & platforms.
Work closely with implementation managers, brokers, internal wholesales & regional vice president’s to ensure implementation timelines are established, agreed upon, met and systems are configured accordingly.
Communicate details and status of group’s implementation to stakeholders accordingly.
Conduct usability tests on electronic enrollment cases to make sure that brokers and/or enrollers using the system will not become confused or encounter problems.
Provide account specific electronic enrollment training for internal partners.
Create and communicate instructional guides and helpful tips/troubleshooting techniques to users of the software and teammates.
Manage new and existing group queues, run electronic files, spreadsheets and releasing paper applications to new business processing maintaining department service standards.
Primary point of contact for questions regarding applications received as additions to groups, eis configuration, electronic enrollment systems configuration and questions from other internal departments needing clarification of group’s system parameters.
Manage email boxes, and mail distributing work using predefined methodology.
Assist with research/questions using analytical skills to determine the appropriate action needed to resolve issues timely, both internally and externally.
Maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate.
Communicate with a cross-section of stakeholders including brokers, management, enrollers, employers and clients, and other internal departments.
Demonstrated outstanding customer service skills.
The ability to work independently under pressure and adapt to diverse situations.
Excellent attention to detail, project management and organizational skills.
Strong working knowledge of microsoft office including word, excel, powerpoint and ability to learn additional software applications as needed.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, finance or related field; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
One year insurance experience in enrollment or sales and marketing role.
Two years’ insurance experience in enrollment or sales and marketing role.
Worksite marketing and products knowledge.
Remote environment – wfh (work from home)
