Vital Hub Innovations Lab creates Block chain , Mobile and Web based solutions across the healthcare
continuum
Core Responsibilities & Duties Work on shifts ( 130 pm - 1030 pm & 530 pm - 230 am ) on rotation basis with being on
call during weekends Providing 1st level support to all Vital Hub Employees in UK and North America Provisioning equipment to end users
Solving end user technical issues First level Windows Server Administration duties Account administration ( password resets , account creations , group membership
modifications ) Corporate IT asset management Solve VPN issues Participation in project work as assigned
Participation in on call rotation Adopt to a hybrid work - form - office and work - from - home setup with necessary Internet
and other facilities at home
Qualifications & Experience 2+ years previous experience in the software industry in a similar job role Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language Superb interpersonal skills & service excellence
Experience with deployment of PC , Apple and Linux devices
Experience following and crafting process documentation Good knowledge of common Operating Systems ( Win 10 , MacOS , Linux ) Basic knowledge of TCP / IP , DNS , DHCP , VPN Intermediate knowledge of Active Directory , Office 365 Basic VoIP understanding
