In this role, the passionate candidate will take initiatives to standardise the kitchen work and improve the current SOPs: -Mise-en-place -Stock management -Hygiene -Purchase Orders -Basic accounting and budgeting -Food quality control -Food production. They will also rely on their experience and creativity to build new menus and cater to both in-house and public guests: -Garden Cafe (Breakfast, Lunch) -Rooftop Bar (Bites) -Functions (Special Events) The focus of this role is customer experience and organization: therefore, with the help of the management, the junior chef will make sure our boutique Hotel efficiently offers high-quality food experience.
