Generate sales through cold calling, networking, and social media
Actively seek out new sales opportunities
Drive towards meeting and beating the monthly and quarterly sales targets
Negotiate and close deals
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Participate on behalf of the company in external events
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
Good communication skills
Proficiency in English (Sinhala and/or Tamil is a plus)
2 to 5 years experience in sales would be an advantage
Successful candidates will have a good track record in sales
