Overall administration of the Company operates in terms of the development of business strategies, administration and performance management The employee will be responsible for implementing the business plan in order to meet the KPI"s set by the management. Responsible for recruitments and expansions Conducting research on the assigned country region thoroughly and adapting strategies in order to achieve company growth plans and expansions Monitoring performance at all levels and ensuring that optimal contribution is made by all stakeholders Implementing an effective brand strategy and maintaining a solid image of the organization in the country region Building a strong rapport with all internal and external parties of the organization to have their support Actively engage in dealing with funding partners, local banks, regulators and other government institutions to support the smooth operation of the business OUR REQUIREMENTS Bachelor"s degree, MBA or other educational qualifications in a relevant field from a recognized university. 5 years" experience preferably in a Financial Institute or Commercial Bank with exposure to the above-described duties and responsibilities. Knowledge and experience in the financial domain especially in a lending and banking environment. Excellent communication skills in English and documentation skills including the ability to use Microsoft Office. Dynamic personality to convince ideas perceived and the ability to negotiate with stakeholders. Good understanding of SME Finance Micro Finance business model. Willingness to commit a minimum of 3 years in the selected country and lead a local team of experts.
