Job Overview Sales executives for leading telecommunication company to promote products and Services to SOHO (small office home office), negotiate, and close sales to achieve monthly units revenue targetsSubmit the relevant customer contracts as per the given guidelines collect upfront payments settle and deliver allocated product to the customer. Recruitment GCE A L or Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing 1-year of experience in B2B Retail Field Sales is a must Valid driver license and having a motorbike is highly consideredGood English communication skills Male candidate Should be able to communicate in Sinhala Tamil GCE A L or Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing 1-year of experience in B2B Retail Field Sales is a must Valid driver license and having a motorbike is highly considered Good English communication skills Male candidate Should be able to communicate in Sinhala Tamil Job Role Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the region territory. Maintain sales funnel. Visit Sales locations to demonstrate explain product offers and pre-verify customer outstanding, obtain necessary documentations and connection fee from customers. Delivery Cash and Carry products to the customer. Shall ensure that documentation is filled correctly and up-to required standards. Ensure daily sales activation documents reach the BP Supervisor and follow-up activation. Maintain weekly Monthly Sales Funnel and follow-up on leads to ensure maximum closure of sales leads. Shall attend monthly meetings with BP Supervisor RGSS to review performances and to resolve performance barriers. Obtain assistance from BP Supervisor to resolve complex sales scenarios Shall execute the Sales Execution plan for allocated customers in the region and obtain support from the BP Supervisor to open up complex leads. Shall seek out net new customers to Dialog and suggest attractive product offers. Ensure product offer and process knowledge is up-to-date and requests BP Supervisor for training if required.
