We’re looking for a Website Manager to play a key role in leading a refresh that will provide a consistent user experience across the website, be part of a brand refresh, and have ongoing responsibility over the optimization of the website. This role will work with global marketing, product managers and external agencies to ensure that our website architecture and content is up to date and consistent, and will analyze and optimize monetization effortsAs we take on some major website projects and experiments, this role will have the opportunity to significantly impact our marketing campaigns and performance. About You You have 4+ years in managing website initiatives, testing, architecture and functionality. You have a deep understanding of website information architecture, user experience, interaction design, and analytics. You’re strong in the execution and prioritization of cross-functional projects and experiments and can present data driven hypotheses for experiments and campaigns to appropriate stakeholders. You have a keen eye for details and accuracy and hold internal and external stakeholders accountable to this. You’re experienced in running A B tests designed to impact monetization efforts. What you’ll do Project manage a major website refresh, including partnering with product managers to implement a new CMS. Work with, and provide guidance to our Product and Global Marketing teams to ensure there is a consistent user experience and interaction that helps achieve business goals. Work with relevant stakeholders to manage website usability, performance and improvements. Work with product teams to improve trial starts, up-sell rates, expansion, advocacy and task usage. Communicate learnings and find ways to scale wins.
