Lead software engineer
As a lead software engineer, you will work closely with the rest of the 0 percent departments to ensure that our company is using the most efficient and effective technologies, integrations and processes to execute our daily operationsWe are seeking a lead software engineer who is interested in helping our company scale to new heights year after year by providing excellent support to our multiple departments and working with other leaders to impact the company`s performanceThis position will be responsible for managing their own small it team that will support the company in all their technological endeavors and ensuring that the hardware and software used by our company is compatible, secure, and scalable.

Delegating or completing it ticket submissions.
Executing it/software projects in a timely manner.
Development and training of it department employees and company it related procedures.
Establishing expectations and accountability with the department.
Developing internal department structures, sops, escalations, and workflows.
Optimizing company shared systems and processes for efficiency.
Helps to define company-wide data entry and reporting best practices.
Managing data integrity and information security company wide.
Evaluate current technical architecture and improve infrastructure as needed.
Gather requirements from business and develop integrations between various technologies to improve efficiency.
Utilize 3rd party apis to connect systems, automate flows, and add new capabilities for our users.
Work on the development of full-stack solutions to operate our business with increased functionality and scale.
Providing hardware and software support for desktop and laptop computers and being responsible for the imaging and deployment of all desktop and laptop computers.
Managing technology onboarding and offboarding of staff.
Managing and maintaining operating systems including deployment of software updates and applications.
Key point on sourcing company related software and hardware.

Ability to maintain and refactor our mobile application written in react-native.
Self sufficient problem solverThe ability to solve problems with little information is crucial to this role.
Proven ability to motivate, inspire, and coach team members.
Success selecting and evaluating team members with a focus on building relationships.
Experience successfully maintaining a positive attitude while working in a team environment with competing priorities
Strong computer skills and highly proficient in mac os, cloud base applications, hubspot, integramat, zapier, google work space, zoom, google suite, aircall, slack, sakari, and infinity.
Ability to think critically, in the assessment of materials that will help teams understand new concepts and procedures.
Knowledge of itil process/scrum/agile.
Ability to find and fix errors in programs, systems and software.
Ability to work quickly and be proactive without being managed or held accountable.
Outstanding organization and administrative accountability.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think individually as well as collaborative with other team members.
Assist team members in achieving their goals by aligning their goals with company goals.
Education and experience
Bachelor degree or higher in related fields(required)
Minimum (7) years of lead software engineering experience(required)
Minimum (5) years of managing a software development team(required)
Google, hubspot, aws certification (preferred)
Experience working with team members across multiple functional roles (preferred)
Ability to spend prolonged periods of time standing, sitting, or walking.
Ability to work in an enclosed office environment.
Must be able to lift at least 25lbs.
