Iprospect is looking to add an account manager (manager, client services) to our team, working with one of our largest clients, a global tech giantIn this role you’ll lead the day-to-day for the account team, collaborating to develop and execute innovative and creative solutions for the client.
Immerse yourself in the clients’ business; understand their challenges, objectives, the external economic environment and industries.
Act as the point of contact for day-to-day client needs; responsible for alignment with client objectives
Work collaboratively to translate client needs into tactical solutions
Create, execute and maintain project plans to meet continuously changing needs/requirements
Work with the global team, account directors, global operations, global finance and ad ops to ensure proper forecasting, budget management, media placements and reporting
Coordinate internal reviews and implementation of qa efforts; socialize lessons learned and share with internal/external stakeholders
Identify and text new solutions for both internal and external process changes
Support the creative handoff process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of launches
3+ years of experience managing clients in an agency setting
Technical understanding of digital performance marketing, i.eBought, owned and earned products and services such as sem, seo, social media management and display marketing
Working knowledge of digital media creative best practices
