Telehealth provider support specialist
Slptele, llc is seeking an experienced telehealth provider support specialist.

Hours: full-time8am-5pm pstEvenings and weekends as needed.
What you do:
Conduct orientation for new providers joining our network.
Provide ongoing training support for the provider network.
Conduct regular clinical check-in calls with members of the team.
Create and maintain user accounts for our telehealth platform.
Conduct intake and onboarding for private pay clients.
Provide clinical support for clinicians in telehealth network.
Communicate clinical needs through a ticketing system.
Conduct provider surveys to support clinical quality standards.
Provide client satisfaction support as needed.
Run reports on a weekly basis to monitor provider scheduling and completion of documentation
Develop and maintain training materials for provider network.
Support and organize monthly team meetings.
Must be detail oriented and a self-starter;
Experience as a speech language pathology assistant or related fieldActive license not required;
Experience with telehealth and/or remote learning is a plus;
Ability to prioritize, problem solve, build a collaborative climate for teamwork in a remote environment;
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs;
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time with impeccable attention to detail
Excellent listening skills;
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written are critical in this role as you will be communicating both by phone and email daily;
Organization, self-motivation and self-management skills are absolute essentials in our fast-paced environment;
The ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot effectively are a must; and,
Computer skills, including windows and ms office programs required.
