Revegy is seeking a fully remote solutions consultant (sc) to be a member of the technical services teamThe solutions consultant is responsible for providing high quality consulting to clients and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the functional and feature characteristics of revegy solutionsThe sc works with clients to define application configuration requirements that meet their business needs and provides best practices guidance regarding revegy solutions and industry practicesThis includes organizing and delivering design sessions, facilitating discussion around business requirements, and conducting operational assessments.
The sc will also be responsible for revegy software installation, integration, and configurationThe sc will act as the customer-facing, technical subject matter expert throughout the lifecycle of a project, whether that is an initial implementation project or a custom project for an existing customer.

What we’re looking for:
Define customer’s functional requirements by conducting design and consulting sessions on revegy solutions and facilitate technical discussions with clients throughout project delivery
Provide best practice and optimization consulting to guide design of customer’s revegy solutions
Serve in the role of subject matter expert (sme) when it comes to revegy solutions and maintain up-to-date functional knowledge of revegy software
Assist customer with revegy installation in crm and facilitate crm-revegy integration
Design, configure, and test revegy solutions in client environments
Conduct end user training on revegy solutions
Work as part of a team and contribute to the learning and development of team members, participating in team and other internal initiatives and projects
Design, create, and deliver all required documentation related to project phases (i.eDesign sessions, user acceptance testing, training, etc.)
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support technical delivery and integrations with 3rd party software
Troubleshoot technical issues by confirming the validity of the problem and seeking known solutions
Assist in the pre-sales process and conduct demonstrations of revegy solutions
Assist with support cases as needed.
The skill set:
2+ years of experience consulting on software solutions
Degree in technology or a similar field, or equivalent experience
Ability to effectively design, organize, and deliver consultative solution seminars, discovery sessions, workshops, and presentations to a variety of user groups including management, project teams, and end-users
Innovative thinker with strong critical reasoning skills who can design creative solutions using tools available
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex or highly technical issues concisely and effectively, to technical and non-technical audiences
Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team during the life cycle of a project
We’d love you to have
Experience with crms a plus
Experience working with high-profile, enterprise level accounts
Working knowledge of large-scale, windows and web based, enterprise application solutions
Knowledge of json / sql
Able to work in linux
