This is a remote position with travel up to 50%.
Relationship development: build and develop corporate relationships in order to better understand the customers resuscitation needs in new emerging markets.
Opportunity development: listen to and document new market needs and develop and apply creative business models to deploy rqip digital solutions to such market opportunities.
Coach/lead: develop and lead a high performing engaged team, coach for success by providing clear expectations and ongoing feedback, and effectively position internal and external resources for maximum results.
Sales management: demonstrate effective and efficient sales management skills and business acumen to ensure team achieves sales goals.
Rqip business alignment: develop and deploy new market program best practices for sales, implementations, and operations by working across the organization.
Partner alignment: ensure customers in new markets to receive a cohesive approach for rqip digital resuscitation solutions by working with aha, laerdal, lms organizations and other channel partners.
Relationship/trial/revenue goals: establish yearly business development goals broken down in quarterly kpi’s targeting growth in aha digital solutions in this new emerging market.
Planning, implementing, and executing strategic campaigns with targeted new markets, utilizing company resources to achieve sales goals, market share, and tov objectives.
Exploring strategic business development opportunities in conjunction with the rqip field organization while developing and implementation new business models to developing markets.
Assessment, qualification, quotation preparation and presentation of rqip digital solutions to potential new clients in targeted new markets.
Development and implementation of ‘best practices’ for developing markets that can be shared and reproduced.
Establishment and maintenance of collaborative relationships with aha, laerdal, lms organizations and other channel partners to address new markets.
Timely and accurate fulfillment of sales administration duties including the capture of customer engagements and sales opportunities in a timely manner in salesforce.
Develop team members and ensure they embrace and actively utilize the strategic driving principles of rqi partners, breakthrough thinking and customer success to achieve our life saving mission.
Required skills and competencies
Excellent strategic sales skills developing and successfully implementing local/ nation-wide strategic sales strategies.
Demonstrated solid contract negotiation skills
Excellence in management of complex projects and multi-task.
Program and solution competence with an in depth understanding of solutions and always having a strong sense of curiosity to want to learn more.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Demonstrated ability for executive level presentations to groups of various sizes
Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare
Minimum of 15 years of sales/business development and/or national account experience
Track record of effectively handling complex and demanding projects
Analytical and competent in the use of microsoft excel and creating various proposal scenarios evaluating profitability.
Travel required up to 50%.
Ability to lift and carry 70 pounds on a regular basis.
Valid driver’s license.
