Partners with the director/head of de&i and paycor leaders to drive initiatives, programs, projects and accountability for diversity, equity, and inclusion action plans across the business.
Supports the director, head of de&i with project and data management to sustain an organized function.
Develops a deep understanding of paycor’s business strategy, how it aligns to the de&i strategic plan and can produce outcomes that are tied to de&i metrics.
Partners with talent acquisition leaders in recruiting to help diversify the workforce; plays a key role in reigniting internships and partnerships with universities, non-profits, and other organizations in order to broaden paycor’s reach of diverse candidates.
Thinks creatively and innovatively to guide and identify diverse talent pools and reinforce diverse hiring & interviewing practices that mitigate bias and enhance the diversity in our associate leadership pipelines.
Consults with and supports erg leadership to enhance their membership and reach; and for overall alignment to paycor de&i strategy.
Partners with hr business partners to maintain a focus in de&i for talent management practices including: assessments, engagement, retention, associate feedback, and succession planning.
Supports people team leadership as a thought leader and executor on programming related to the associate experience.
Acts as a skilled and balanced consultant for advising other leaders and associates in the business on matters related to diversity, equity and inclusion.
Manages and creates project plans for de&i action plans, initiatives and projects.
Monitors data dashboards and reports for progress on de&i goals, objectives and key result metrics regularly and consistently.
Develops and implements a de&i champion group that influences every section of the organization as well as maintains communication feedback between those organizational sections, the director/head of de&i and srLeadership.
Requirements to perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorilyThe requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational change/development, business administration or relevant field preferred.
3-5 years of relevant work experience in diversity, equity and inclusion content knowledge, strategic planning, and programmatic initiative planning
Strong project and data management skills and ability to independently prioritize as needed to the shifting demands of the organization.
Ability to problem solve as well as create and maintain relationships with integrity

Outstanding communicator who effectively collaborates with a wide variety of individuals of differing backgrounds, nimbly managing up, down and across the organization to influence positive change
Training certifications in deib programs a plus
