The digital content producer is responsible for all aspects of web and social media platforms including strategy, execution and analysis of the organization’s website and social media channelsThe digital content producer will work with other members of the equity, diversity & engagement team to create strategic and engaging social media content by utilizing videos, photography and testimonials to help tell the mountain park storyThe digital content producer will report to the marketing & engagement manager and assist in executing all responsibilities in the department’s purview.
This person will be a part of a highly collaborative team and will take on or assist with many additional tasks to help achieve department and organization goals.

This is a hybrid position, combining remote work, work at the central office on central and thomas, and work in mountain park clinics and surrounding communitiesCovid-19 safety precautions will be priority as the pandemic continuesTo be eligible for this position, the final candidate must receive their first covid-19 vaccine before their start date.
Essential duties and responsibilities
The digital content producer will:
Produce strategic social media content with the purpose of telling the mountain park story
Actively monitor social media channels and respond as necessary
Take the lead in maintaining the content and security of the mountain park website
Develop search engine optimization strategies
Manage all aspects of google ad campaigns as well as social media ad campaigns
Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
Assist creative content producer with creating additional content, including but not limited to videos, infographics, slideshows, presentations and print collateral, for use across various platforms
Actively participate in team meetings
Partner with colleagues and other members of the equity, diversity and engagement team to execute its strategy
Interface with vendors to meet deadlines
Other duties as assigned
Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred
Ability to connect well with people at all levels of the organization as well as patients from all walks of life
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, including public relations, journalism, communication, or marketing or equivalent job experience
A minimum of two years professional experience, preferably with some experience with nonprofit organizations/direct service/healthcare/social work setting
Advanced knowledge of social media analytics and strategies
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of website design (wordpress, cornerstone)
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of video creation and editing
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of photography and photo editing
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of mailchimp
Must be a strong communicator, effectively communicating in person, over the phone and through writing across various platforms.
Conceptual, creative thinker who can see the big picture and take projects from idea conception to completion
Ability to handle multiple projects with tight timelines and/or limited resources
Must be able to enthusiastically embrace difference among people and able to interact with internal staff as well as external contacts in a culturally competent and respectful manner
Must have a strong tie and strong desire to make a difference in medically underserved and historically disenfranchised communities.
Must be able to occasionally work flexible hours which include evenings and weekends.
Must be comfortable and accountable for working remotely and traveling to multiple clinic sites.
Must be self-motivated, organized, open to learning and working in a collaborative, fast-paced detail and results-oriented team
