Spearhead the development of road-map and technology blueprints for global djo digital transformation to one web site and implementation of projects, execute new single web framework with effective online b2b portal, working in conjunction with global it to create data flow from erp’s into the portal. Direct and lead the process to create an easy to use b2b portal with an “amazon like” digital customer experience, executing: ideation, solution design, architectural discipline and implementation with continuous collaboration. Develop and manage offshore, team to effectively and efficiently implement and maintain our on-line experiences

7+ years of progressive, authentic leadership experience in roles in integrated marketing with a focus in strategy and execution of a b2b e-commerce web portal Experience managing outsourced and insourced offshored team/region with direct reports. Relevant experience in a matrixed environment; past success in driving digital transformation. E-commerce transformation experience at a global manufacturer, including; experience with 3rd party distributors / manufacturer reps/ distribution partners.
This role can sit in our california or texas locationsWe are open to remote however will require travel.

Travel requirements/work environment and physical demands:
