Introduce and present the concordance value proposition to target customers as assigned.
Attend and participate in healthcare supply chain networking events to promote concordance.
Develop relationships and lines of communication with all key members of supply chain in each account.
Develop a clear understanding of the needs and expectations of each account.
Develop a business plan for each account and incorporate it into the qbr process.
Lead people and processes to meet sales and profit objectives
Build strong relationships with gpos, potential customers, and vendors towards the goal of closing new hospitals and systems.
Collaborate with the zone vp and region directors in providing strong communication channels and the sharing of information.
Travel required 75% of time.
Other duties as assigned.
What you will need to be successful:
Education level requirements: bachelor’s or above; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry in areas such as sales, management, supply chain, customer development or service.
Professional selling skills (pss program or other applicable training or experience) preferred.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Demonstrated excellent presentation, verbal and written skills; and ability to speak in front of large groups.
Demonstrated strong negotiation and closing skills.
Successfully pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check and drug screening.
