Summary / position purpose:
The sales operations coordinator will ideally be located in texas and work on the central time zoneAs a sales operations coordinator you will serves as an integral part of the field sales team to build and nurture the acg cultureYou will work closely with the field sales leadership to facilitate program incentives and drive organizational and team initiatives to successful completionBy building relationships with the field sales team members, you will focus on creating an experience that attracts, maintains and motivates our employeesYour work will be both qualitative (e.gManaging programs that drive engagement) and quantitative (e.gUsing analytics to ensure programs are correctly incentivizing employees.
Essential duties, functions and/or responsibilities:
Build and support a desirable internal culture for our employees keeping them connected to the company, mission, and brand.
Design and evolve new/current programs in innovative ways to enhance employee engagement, recognition, and satisfaction, leveraging feedback and data for continuous improvement.
Work with field sales leadership to foster a welcoming environment.
Work with the people team and other teams to build an employee experience to attract, retain, develop, and scale talent globally
Analyse data and trends to define incentive program guidelines and ongoing motivational events.
Leverage relationships and knowledge of field sales processes to partner with the leadership team to build solutions that improve the broader business modelThis includes ongoing innovation for business support and service, sales systems and tools, income opportunity, product knowledge, etc.
Serve as a program coordinator for various field sales initiatives, ensuring all initiatives are being successfully implemented, on-time.
Identify sales and marketing opportunities based on overall understanding of sales initiatives.
Act as primary point of contact for incentive management software programs, including carrots and tango.
Work closely with acg field sales leadership to create consistency across divisions and teams for communication cadences and platforms.
Manage monthly communication through sharepoint and email.
Partner with acgs internal marketing team to manage and update the field sales sharepoint and social media pages.
Partner with the people team to document sales processes and assist with onboarding.
Work closely with the people team to develop and execute employee enablement and training strategies to achieve a more diverse and inclusive workforce at all levels
Partner with the people team and outside resources to plan the annual sales conference and team leader retreat.
Education and/or work experience requirements:
Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
2+ years experience working with salesforce.
Proficient in microsoft word, excel, and powerpoint.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong work ethic and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Successful track record (3-5years) of conceiving and implementing effective programs related to employee experience, culture, diversity, equity and inclusion in a startup environment.
Ability to build programs and initiatives from scratch.
A true believer and experienced practitioner in “employee is the customer” mindset.
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ada, fmla and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ada, fmla and other federal, state and local standards.
