We’re currently searching for an experienced project coordinator to add to our talented teamPartnering closely with our customer success, onboarding, and integrations teams, the project coordinator is responsible for coordinating the successful deployment and implementation of our product.
Our ideal candidate brings proven project management expertise facilitating the delivery of enterprise saas solutions in a customer-facing roleYou’ve also worked in a high-growth, emerging technology company before and can effectively deal with challenges, change, and ambiguity and deliver results, both individually and as a team.
This is a remote / work from home position based in the greater minneapolis - stPaul, minnesota metro area.
Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables
Plan and schedule project milestones and timelines
Supervise current projects and coordinate internal and external team members to keep workflow on track
Continuous evaluation of potential problems and ability to generate timely solutions
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants
Prepare for and facilitate project status meetings
Manage project-related documentation by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly stored
Identify project changes and elevate to change management process
Propose process improvements if necessary
Proven work experience as a project coordinator or similar position in a software company or technical environment
Previous experience in software project management from conception to delivery
Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
Hands-on experience with project management tools
Bsc in business administration or related field
Pmp / prince2 certification is a plus, but not required
Agile experience preferred
