3+ years' working experience on infor eam v11.4 or higher software package or equivalent computerized maintenance management system (cmms) software, including: enterprise software configuration, dashboard development using cognos, business objects or sql server reporting services (ssrs) reporting tools

The eam program manager will be responsible for data ingestion and configuration, business process analysis, reporting and training documentation development for the infor eam applicationThis position will act as the liaison between eam technical team, amazon maintenance operations center (amoc) and other business owners to determine standard work processes, best practices, and new software enhancements and featuresThis role will support new site launch development and eam deployment initiatives for north america (na) rme and other amazon support groups including: safety, startup, operations engineering, reliability engineering, finance and procurement.
Key job responsibilities:
Organize discovery sessions with key stakeholders to collect system requirements and develop, document, and implement new workflows across multitude of business units.
Troubleshoot and assist issues with system users.
Act as infor eam subject matter expert across all user bases.
Collaborate across various teams supporting the software from development, data engineering, analytics, and power users.
Master's degree or master's in business administration (mba)
Project management professional certification
5+ years program management or project management experience
Experience writing sql flex business rules and/or sql stored procedures
Experience supporting business intelligence (bi) needs by summarizing and reporting key analytical findings
Experience of one full cycle of end-to-end software implementation
Experience leading cross-organizational programs or projects
Experience managing software change requests and user access control
