The customer program manager (cpm) is responsible for establishing and developing cohesive and collaborative relationships with strategic customers and for providing a first-class customer experience, resulting in a trusted partnership between coins and our customers.
Essential duties and responsibilities
1Communicate with assigned customer to understand any issues they believe they are having with coins.
2Coordinate communicate and monitor action and or program plans to address customer concerns.
3Monitor the portfolio of work for assigned customer accounts, ensuring that appropriate visibility is provided to all internal and external parties.
4Coordinate internal ‘checkpoint’ meetings with representation from appropriate coins departments to review current and future work for the customer.
5Establish and coordinate meetings with the customer to review the status of all work being undertaken across the coins organization.
6Schedule and coordinate executive governance meetings to ensure the customer and coins are strategically aligned.
7Keep abreast of all internal and external coins activities for assigned customer accounts.
8Monitor and report on the effectiveness of customer activities across coins departments and where necessary, help to resolve open items.
9Provide the customer with a single escalation point and internally within coins, be a primary point of coordination and escalation for all customer related items.
10Communicate and keep customer abreast of coins, its people, products and services, release strategy, webinars, events, etc.
11Perform any other duties required by the global customer service director.
5+ years’ experience working in a professional services organization
Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university or an equivalent number of years of experience in a consulting/professional services environment, or a combination thereof.
Ability to create and maintain trusted working relationships with customer stakeholders up to and including c-level
Ability to establish and build rapport with all co-workers regardless of their seniority, department or location
First class meeting management skills with ability to chair meetings effectively, efficiently and present content clearly and concisely
Excellent written and verbal communications skills; able to articulate technical concepts in non-technical terms
Creative problem solver with strong team skills
InfluentialAble to have others perform work without direct managerial responsibility
Demonstrated ability to multi-task, perform in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to situations as they arise
Resourceful; quick learner; self-motivated
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in microsoft office suite
Construction industry experience preferred
