1.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Degree, Professional Qualification in HR.
• Experience in using HR Systems and Sound Knowledge in Ms Office , Canva or Any Other Applications Relating to Design Flyers and Submitting Management Reports.
• Hands on Experience in L&D and PMS is Must.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
• Manage Organizational Communications and Employee Engagement. 
• Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances.
• Pro-actively contribute to the business decision making by providing guidance and advice across all areas of the employee life cycle.

2.MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE/ EXPERIENCE / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION

• 6 ‘Credit’ passes at the GCE O/L examination including Mathematics and English and 3 passes at the GCE A/L examination.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Preferable in HR and/ or Business Management) or an equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum of 3 - 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
• Sound knowledge in Oracle HRIS will be a definite advantage
• Ability to work with MS office packages and canva or any other applications relating to design flyers and submitting management reports. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong analytical skills & excellent communication skills
