As the Director of Healthcare Data Operations, your primary responsibility will be to lead a team of 6-8 data operations engineers onboarding programs to the Reveleer platform. Programs include, but not limited to Risk Adjustment Initiatives, HEDIS Quality Programs and CMS Government Audits, CMS Enrollment and Encounter submissions, etc. The Director of Healthcare Data Operations and the underlying team will ensure a smooth exchange of data between our healthcare clients.

The Director of Healthcare Data Operations is a client-facing leadership role and will have the opportunity to drive significant change management within the organization.

What You'll Do:

• Lead team in the collection and handling of project data received as part of client engagements and assigned initiatives
• Support client-facing calls to ensure alignment between client needs and Reveleer data governance
• Set requirements for documenting client and system-specific data mapping needs, transformation rules, and any business rules related intelligence
• Lead change management within the Data Operations group by defining and implementing best practices for all project data management, data governance, and data integration processes and tools
• Design and implement flexible and scalable methodologies that can be applied to a broad set of unique problem types across data management. Ground team in the established repeatable method to exercise strong data management
• Scope, define, and submit product requirements for platform data management features, functionality, and interfaces
• Command all quality assurance and integrity testing set of standards on policies, processes, procedures

About You:

• Experience with US Healthcare / Managed Care Organizations, specifically around Compliance and RISK Assessments programs
• Working knowledge of healthcare industry and health data (provider demographics, patient data, Quality/Risk program information, compliance standards) is strongly preferred with background specific to quality measures (HEDIS), risk adjustment, and medical record review or audit
• Comfortable working with data tools: Microsoft SQL, Excel

Preferred:

• Experience working on SaaS web applications
