As we want to continue delivering amazing work while having fun at the same time, we are searching for a VP of Sales to join us in our venture!

• You will be responsible for selling our AIaaS platform to the insurance C-Suite and VP level leaders in North America
• You execute an account-based enterprise sales strategy by generating a sales funnel in the Insurance vertical and focusing on AI based Claims Automation
• You engage with clients and partners along the sales cycle: from prospecting and portraying our value proposition to delivering high-quality product demos, negotiating and writing contracts, and successfully closing the deal.
• You work collaboratively across multiple teams and skills - including Professional Services, Product and Marketing to drive an aligned sales strategy execution
• You establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

• You have extensive knowledge of the US insurance market and an existing network to head of claims ideally within insurers focussing on workers compensation
• Minimum of 7-10+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
• Highly entrepreneurial: motivated to build and sell
• You thrive in small companies and working alongside Founders: You complete them.
• Experienced in solution selling (platform + professional services)
• Million $ deal negotiation and customer management
• Start-up experience
• Comfortable with working in a matrix organization
• Maintain consistent implementation of effective sales processes for optimum performance and success of the organization
• Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and organization.
