During your day as a Senior Backend Developer you will
Build scalable, maintainable architectures;
Write clean, reusable, testable and efficient code;
Be encouraged to actively look for innovation and continuous improvement in all assigned tasks;
Communicate with stakeholders and monitor the impact of the feature;

As a Senior Backend Developer you
Have strong software development skills (Ruby);
Have experience with microservices architecture;
Have experience with relational databases (SQL, preferably);
Have experience with unit testing and other software quality practices;
Have experience with Git using Pull Requests;
Have knowledge of Design Patterns (Structural, Behavioural and Creational);
Have experience applying computer science fundamentals such as data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis;
Have knowledge of or interest in AWS and Elasticsearch;
Have excellent communication skills, accountability and focus on the client
Have intermediate English skills.
