Your mission

We’re looking for a QA tester to join our product and development team. You will own bug handling and the entire testing process and communicate the results with our development team to support us in building a product our users love. Your expertise will be crucial to help us identify and resolve bugs, glitches, and any other issues.What you'll do

Own the end-to-end QA process in a hyper-growth environment.
Own bug handling at airfocus.
Test new and existing features, debug code (units and integration), and report errors and failures.
Work collaboratively across with the dev and product team to help ensure the quality of our product.

Your profile

Experience in software testing, ticket management, and bug investigations in an agile software development environment.
Experience working with ticketing systems (eg. Jira or Trello).
Capability to be flexible and team-oriented with the aptitude to balance multiple tasks.
Must have a keen eye for detail and a passion for quality.
Be a strong team player and communicator who excels when working closely with others, both receiving and providing help.
Must be proactive, detail-oriented, self-directed, and organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
