Director of Sales, Agency Alliance (Remote)

YouAppi is a rapidly growing and advanced app retargeting company that is changing the way mobile marketers find and retain mobile app customers. 

The role will be vital to the expansion of our business. You will work closely with an international team and have a direct impact on the growth of the company. This position entails driving new business revenue through strategic relationship building with advertisers and agencies in the mobile app landscape. YouAppi aims to be the leader in app retention and growth, and this role is critical to our trajectory, as we continue to grow in the North American market

In This Role, You Will

• Build and execute go-to-market strategy including but not limited to a short and long-term account and agency plan, a staffing plan that supports scaling of business, and the ability to define clear lines of account and agency responsibility.
• Prospect and close business with a targeted list of app advertisers.
• Identify and qualify potential prospects in the US.
• Develop strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a united vision when corresponding with clients.
• Meet quarterly and annual revenue goals according to the sales plan through a deep understanding of YouAppi’s products and ad inventory.
• Scoping, building, and onboarding strategic revenue endeavors through cross-organizational collaboration.
• Structure and direct the entire sales process from account identification to close.
• Collaborate with the team to add strategic consultation to named accounts.
• Accountable for servicing and driving customer satisfaction for accounts.
• Develop and maintain ongoing relationships with corporate, advertising, and public relations communities.
• Drive mindshare and market share gains across agencies through consistent and strategic coverage plans.
• Partner with the Operations team to set proper expectations with customers and serve their needs.
• Develop presentations to corporations and agencies designed to sell mobile marketing solutions.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to maximize advertising revenue, including product marketing, research, account management, and more.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred in business administration, marketing, or related field.
• Experience with mobile DSPs, Programmatic User Acquisition,  and Retargeting.
• 8+ years of experience selling in mobile marketing.
• Salesforce and Hubspot proficient.
• Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data.
• Successful experience managing a team of salespeople.
