Your Position

Our most important objective is to constantly improve xentral and bring it to a new level. That's why we are already working on xentral 2.0. An important step in this process is to document the functional scope of existing xentral modules. You have a variety of information sources at your disposal, which you evaluate independently and transfer into a structured documentation. You have a free hand: define the best approach and methods for yourself and help create best practices for how internal documentation at xentral should look in the future. Deine Aufgaben

Du erstellst eine interne Dokumentation über die Funktionsweise bestehender Module von xentral in Bezug auf deren Features und Einsatzmöglichkeiten
Dabei gehst du die einzelnen Module durch, definierst Haupt-Use-Cases der Kunden, den Software-Workflow, mit welchen anderen Modulen es zusammenhängt und welche Herausforderungen aktuell bekannt sind
Du stehst in engem Austausch mit wichtigen Stakeholdern aus allen Teams und zapfst deren Wissen an, um dieses mit Hilfe des Handbuchs sowie weiterer Medien ideal aufzubereiten und festzuhalten

Du hast ein umfangreiches Verständnis der unterschiedlichen Module
Du kennst unsere internen Prozesse und weißt an welche Stakeholder du dich mit deinen Fragen wenden musst
Du hast die wichtigsten Module von xentral dokumentiert

Dein Profil

Du absolvierst einen technischen, naturwissenschaftlichen oder wirtschaftlichen Studiengang und bist technisch affin
Du zeichnest dich durch eine gewissenhafte und organisierte Arbeitsweise aus und konntest diese idealerweise bereits in früheren Projekten unter Beweis stellen
Du bist neugierig, ständig auf der Suche nach dem Warum und gibst dich nicht mit der erstbesten Antwort zufrieden
Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Deutsch und Englisch

Your tasks

You create an internal documentation on the functionality of existing xentral modules in terms of their features and possible uses
You will go through the individual modules, define the main use cases of the customers, define the software workflow that shows with which other modules it is connected and which challenges are currently known
You are in close contact with important stakeholders from all teams and tap into their knowledge in order to optimally prepare and document it with the help of our user guidelines and other media

Your Challenge

At the end of your first 6 months you will have achieved the following:

You have a comprehensive understanding of the different modules
You know our internal processes and know which stakeholders to contact with your questions
You have documented the most important modules of xentral

Your profile

You are pursuing a technical, scientific or economic course of study and have an affinity for technology
You are conscientious and organised in your work and ideally have already demonstrated this in previous projects
You are curious, constantly searching for the why and are not satisfied with the first best answer
You speak and write English and German fluently
