• Du unterstützt dein Team bei der Umsetzung unseres frisch überholten CD auf verschiedenen Kanälen und Medien (z.B. auf unserer Website, Office-Vorlagen in print & digital)
• Du bringst Deine eigenen Ideen in unser Brand-Konzept ein und setzt diese gemeinsam mit Deinem Team um
• Du gestaltest und entwirfst Social Media Postings für LinkedIn, Instagram und andere Plattformen
• Du recherchierst und beobachtest unsere Mitbewerber hinsichtlich ihrer Social Media Aktivität und hältst mit Deinen Ideen dagegen

• Du hast Dich erfolgreich in unser Brand Konzept eingearbeitet und erkennst Verstöße gegen unser CD sofort
• Mit Deinen Postings auf verschiedene Online Plattformen hast Du für Traffic auf xentral.com gesorgt
• Du hast unsere internen Designvorlagen überarbeitet und Deinen Kollegen zur Verfügung gestellt

• Du befindest Dich in Deinem (Kommunikations-)Design-Studium und konntest bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Social Media oder Branding sammeln
• Du beherrscht Tools der Adobe Creative Suite wie InDesign, Photoshop oder Illustrator problemlos und konntest damit schon mehrere Projekte umsetzen
• Du beherrschst je Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift mindestens auf B2 Niveau
• Du bist ein echter Team Player und hast gleichermaßen Lust, von Deinen Kollegen zu lernen und Deine eigenen Ideen einzubringen

• You support your team in the realisation of our freshly refurbished CD on different channels and media (e.g. on our website, office templates in print & digital)
• You bring your own ideas into our brand concept and implement them together with your team
• You design and create social media postings for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
• You research and observe our competitors in terms of their social media activity and counter with your ideas

• You have successfully familiarized yourself with our brand concept and can recognize any violations of our CD immediately
• You have generated traffic on xentral.com via different online platforms with your postings
• You have updated our internal design templates and made them available to your colleagues

• You are in your (communication) design studies and have already gained initial experience in the field of social media/ branding or marketing
• You have a good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools such as InDesign, Photoshop or Illustrator and have already been able to use them to work on several projects
• You are a real team player and are equally keen to learn from your colleagues and to contribute your own ideas
• You speak and write German and English at least on a B2 level
