Deine Aufgaben

Du verwirklichst mit dem xentral Marketing Team eine starke digitale Kommunikationsstrategie und steuerst die Kampagnen über die verschiedenen Kanäle (SEM, Mail, Social Media etc.) aus
Mithilfe eines ausgefeilten Trackings generierst du relevante KPIs und entwickelst so unser Reporting stetig weiter
Du bist für die Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung automatisierter Maßnahmen und deren Erfolg verantwortlich und hast einen Fokus auf die Customer Journey
Du unterstützt unsere Strategieentwicklung durch Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und daraus resultierenden Maßnahme
Einer deiner Schwerpunkte liegt auf der Pflege unserer zukünftigen und bestehenden Kunden mit gezielten Mailing-Kampagnen und Newslettern

Deine Challenge

Nach den ersten 6 Monaten hast Du Folgendes erreicht:

Du hast deine ersten erfolgreichen Kampagne/Maßnahmen aufgesetzt und ausgespielt
Du konntest mindestens einen relevanten KPI aufgrund deiner Maßnahmen verbessern (z. B. Öffnungsrate, Klickrate, Abmelde-/Abmeldungsrate)
Du hast ein Konzept für die Automatisierung der Maßnahmen erarbeitet und uns vorgestellt

Dein Profil

Nach deinem Studienabschluss konntest du mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Online-Marketing sammeln, idealerweise im Bereich Marketing Automatisierung, Lead-Marketing und/oder Content-Marketing
Du bist technisch versiert und mit Standard-CRM-Tools wie Hubspot oder einer anderen modernen CRM-Software vertraut
Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Adwords, Optimizer oder vergleichbare Performance und Tracking Tools gehören zu deinem Handwerkszeug
Du hast bereits eigenständig Kampagnen entwickelt und hast ein Händchen für die dazugehörige Analyse
Du sprichst und schreibst fließend Englisch, Deutsch ist von Vorteil

Your tasks

Together with the xentral marketing team you will realize a strong digital communication strategy and control the campaigns via different channels (SEM, Mail, Social Media etc.)
With the help of a sophisticated tracking system, you generate relevant KPIs and thus continuously develop our reporting
You are responsible for the conception, planning and implementation of automated measures and their success and have a focus on the customer journey
You will set a focus on nurturing our future and existing customers with targeted mail campaigns and newsletters

Your Challenge

After the first 6 months you have achieved the following:

You have set up and played out your first successful (mail)campaign/measures
You were able to improve at least one relevant KPI due to your actions (e.g. Open Rate, Click Through Rate, Unsubscribe / Opt out rate)
You developed a concept for campaign automation and presented it to the team and the board

Your profile

After graduation, you have at least three years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in the field of marketing automation, lead marketing and/or content marketing
You are tech-savy and used to standard CRM-tools like Hubspot or another modern CRM-software
Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Adwords, Optimizer or comparable performance and tracking instruments belong to your toolset
You have already developed campaigns independently and have a talent for analysis
You speak and write English fluently, German is a plus
