We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) to support our international customers during the implementation process as well as helping existing customers with their daily challenges.

Your tasks

You are the first point of contact for our customers and develop solutions for them so that they can use xentral fully and happily
Your responsibilities include solving tickets and supporting our customers on the phone
You will familiarise yourself intensively with our software and develop practical solutions
You build, optimize and automize our customer success processes in cooperation with the Account Management, Implementation Management and Product teams while developing guidelines for the UK market

Your Challenge

After 1-2 months you gained a good understanding of the central core modules and functions. You are solving 10 tickets daily on average via ZenDesk and phone-support
After 4 months you have familiarized yourself with most functions of our product, started to establish local processes and guidelines
After 6 months you are able the number of requested tickets per day (around 35 tickets) and more than 75% of our customers are satisfied with your service

Your profile

You have several years of relevant professional experience in the customer care area of a B2B software company
You ideally have experience in the application, consulting or implementation of modern ERP software
xentral is super modern and brainy. Therefore, you have a very high IT understanding and ideally have experience in working with modern tools such as Zendesk, JIRA or Confluence, which provide you with a good data basis for decisions
You are appreciated for your strong communication skills and therefore you are able to moderate demanding customer meetings
You are based in the UK or able to work accordingly to US timezones
Very good English skills (native level) round off your profile
