Content Writer and Specialist

We are looking for a content specialist to write about leading edge topics for our customers in Artificial Intelligence, Digital Transformation, Conversational AI, Customer Experience and Contact Centers.

As a writer, you’re curious about new technology and you value collaborating with others to make things easier to understand. You don’t mind getting in the weeds to solve problems, and you know how to interview subject matter experts to gather information.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, refine, track SEO strategies based on marketing goals, including optimizing current web pages.

• Perform keyword research to support editorial production.

• Examine competitor content and discover keyword gaps in content.

• Prioritize content creation based on organic opportunity.

• Creating content such as sell sheets, infographics, blog posts, e-books, emails, guides, case studies, and articles for publication on schedule

• Collaborating with a range of stakeholders to produce assets specific to the needs of our customers

• Interviewing customers, internal and external experts, and if needed, facilitating webinars and virtual events

• Identify new areas of opportunity and content gaps to increase organic footprint

• Monitor search landscape and collect insight that will be used with the content marketing strategy.

• Maintain Social Media presence and campaigns

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Communications, English, Journalism, Business, Marketing or related degree)

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

• Experience using popular SEO tools, such as Semrush, Keyword planner, or Keywords Everywhere and be able to analyze data and metrics to make decisions

• Passion for SEO and the ability to keep on top of the latest trends and best practices

• Exceptional writing skills

• Capacity to collaborate with team members across cultures and time zones
