IT Support Professional (m/f/d)

We're looking for a talented individual who will support our IT team as an IT Support Professional (m/f/d).

ProGlove works with global customers like BMW, DHL, Volkswagen, GAP, Walmart, Audi, IKEA, or Lufthansa Technik but - we're nowhere near done! Therefore, the ProGlove workforce is at the center of what we do. We enable everyone to securely work & collaborate from anywhere at any time with any device. Be a fundamental part of our IT Service Desk team.

You'll be responsible for 1^st and 2^nd level support and bring our knowledge base and IT documentation to the next level. In this highly visible role, you will work closely with the Head of IT and the system administrator professionals, as well as HR.

How you’ll contribute

• Resolve daily incidents & service requests within SLA
• Support our workforce onsite and remote
• Be the single point of contact for your colleagues in Belgrade
• Install & roll out new HW devices & support existing ones
• Be responsible for our service catalog and self-service portal
• Build up and maintain our SaaS catalog
• Write comprehensible KB articles

You are a great fit if you have…

• Ability to process complex topics and create structured, concise, and usable documentation
• Strong experience using an ITSM tool, ideally Freshservice
• Advanced experience administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
• The ability to identify a problem and find pragmatic solutions
• Experience with network components like routers, switches, and patch panels

And we’re very happy if you have…

• Experience supporting MAC OS and Linux
• Hands-on experience administering MS Azure / Intune
