Role:

We are looking for someone to support the helm of the Amazon business to deliver revenue and profit from the United States and International marketplaces. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in Amazon marketplace (3p) sales and a track record of driving growth in new categories through traffic and conversion strategies. The role will require cross functional collaboration and increased connection with Amazon to ensure stronger visibility and partnerships. Thriving in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and effectively driving alignment internally and externally is a must.

This role is remote but will require occasional travel to our home office in Chicago.

What you will be responsible for:

• Driving revenue and profit for Amazon marketplace, involving the continued growth of United States business and launch of international markets
• Media planning inclusive of AMS, DSP and other onsite/offsite traffic sources
• Scheduling onsite deal and major annual promotions including Prime Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday
• Ensuring the growth of our subscriber base on Amazon
• Working with design teams to update content and to improve onsite conversion
• Working closely with the retail sales team to troubleshoot buybox issues and maintain pricing stability
• Increasing alignment and strategic relevance between the organizations and business plan execution

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of previous selling experience on Amazon marketplace (3p), preferably in a startup and/or CPG
• You have established relationships within Amazon
• You have significant experience building and optimizing media plans for AMS, DSP and offsite Amazon media traffic
• You have a proven track record of creating impactful deal events
• Excellent communication, listening, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• You have a demonstrated record of success and overachievement
• You have great problem-solving skills with a large dose of humility
• Organized and incredibly detail oriented
• Motivated, adaptable and able to work with little direction
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company and able to pivot to change quickly
• A self-starter who takes initiative and proactively looks for and suggests improvements
• You have an innate curiosity and your natural tendency is to act upon it
• You are a student of selling who finds personal satisfaction and joy in closing and building a business
• You celebrate your success, and the successes of your team even more
• Well-connected in the health and wellness, fitness or beauty markets and have strategic relationships
• Willing to travel occasionally
• You must have the ability to read, write and understand English
