The Role

We are looking for an exceptional, experienced product marketer with strong writing skills to join our team in Europe, working closely with regional and global stakeholders to support our R&D and Quality solutions.

Product Marketing Managers own a product value proposition and develop specific messaging for the European markets, working closely with the Veeva sales team to win new business and publicize customer success. This position will be the first one dedicated to the R&D and Quality solutions in Europe and a key addition to our Veeva Product Marketing team in Europe, working closely with the Global Product Marketing team and reporting to the European Product Marketing Senior Director.

This person will develop and localize regional-specific plans and content tailored to the SMB buyer, collaborating closely with global marketing, product strategy, product management, sales, business consulting, and professional services to accelerate Veeva's growth and customer success. This person will also play an essential role across customer events, including Veeva R&D & Quality Summit, Europe. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multiple projects, produce high-quality deliverables at speed, and creatively support and enable the business locally.

What You'll Do

Capture market insights and develop an annual marketing plan at the European level in collaboration with field marketing
Develop impactful messaging for the European market and main sub-regions
Create European and country-specific content (e.g., product videos, website copy, blog posts, infographics) tailored to specific buyer audiences to articulate the product's benefits
Create go-to-market programs for new offerings, market segments (especially SMBs), and geographies
Lead release marketing and product launch activities in Europe
Create and maintain a library of sales tools, such as case studies and competitive materials
Collaborate with Communications to develop product awareness through PR, article placements, and social media
Proactively identify customer success and bring those stories to life for use in marketing
Contribute to key customer events, including R&D and Quality Summit, and other pan-European or country-specific industry conferences

Requirements

5+ years of marketing experience in a writing-heavy/specific role (product marketing, content marketing, etc.)
Prior product marketing experience for a B2B technology company
Exceptional written and oral communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop clear, concise, compelling messaging and content
Demonstrated proficiency in capturing business needs across markets and buyers’ profiles, and positioned enterprise cloud solutions accordingly
Strong project management skills with attention to detail
Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
European and international travel as required

Nice to Have

Life sciences industry experience
Product marketing experience related to cloud technology
Fluency in German, and knowledge of the German market
Experience working globally
Bachelor’s degree
