The Challenge

Urbantz Is set to rapidly increase its customer base in 2022. As our activity expands, we need an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to Urbantz customers and help them achieve best-practice platform usage.

The IT Support Specialist will provide professional technical support for users, bring the voice-of-the-customer to internal discussions, and help to drive continuous improvement in the team.

The Day-to-Day

• Take ownership of the entire support request process – from problem analysis to feature suggestion
• Resolve incoming technical queries from large enterprise customers and SMBs
• Collaborate internally with the engineering team to resolve complex tickets
• Help improve work processes and build the Urbantz help center
• Internally share your customer and product knowledge
• Coach new team members

The Must Haves

• +3 years of experience in software support
• Substantial understanding of SaaS applications
• Eager to learn and coach others
• Superb communication skills – both written and verbal
• Fluent in English and German – any additional European language is welcome
